We have a 2BHK in Yamuna Nagar, Lokhandwala. The total rent for the apartment is 32,000 EACH MONTH to be divided between people living in the house and electricity and maid expenses to be shared equally. There is a spacious hall you can play football in and two washrooms! The Apartment is big . Electricity and water is 24 hours. There is TV, Washing Machine, DVD Player, DVD's, Fridge, Bed , Blah Blah ...That is mine but you could use if you are staying with me. Come on, we'll be flat mates..you can use them! The House is damn cool, damn big with greens all around . Rickshaw's are available below the building, always. What i expect : I am expecting to share it with some cool minded people who keep the house clean, basically keep the house as a house and not as a PG. We were 4 guys (read friends) sharing the apartment. One Left this month and one would be leaving next month. We need 1 or 2 more !
